• Do I need to buy a birthday package in order to celebrate my birthday here?

  No you don’t have to. You can make a regular reservation via the welcome and tickets page.

• Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?

  Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks. However we do not have the storage capacity to put your food or cake in a fridge. Alcohol is prohibited on the premises.

• How long does an experience at Heroes INC last?

  Your adventure will take 70 minutes to complete; but the entirety of your stay will last approximately 90 minutes. This includes welcoming you and the debrief.

• Can I decorate the party room?

  Yes, you can, but please note that you will only have access to the party room a few minutes before the children arrive (the room is not accessible during the Heroes Inc. activity).

• Can our teams have more than 6 players?

  Teams are made up of 2 to 6 players. Got a bigger group? Great! We’ve got teams kicking off every 8 minutes, so split up, team up, and see who snags the high score!

• Is booking in advance necessary?

  We recommend booking in advance, but if you show up without a reservation– don’t worry! We do have squads launching every 8 minutes. • Is it possible to attend but not participate? Is there a fee for accompanying persons?

  Everybody who wants to attend Heroes INC must participate. Remaining on the sidelines to watch can be dangerous for you as this is an action-packed game with lots of movement and physicality. Thus, the charge for accompanying people would be a regular ticket to run the course.

• Is it dangerous or accessible to someone with health restrictions?

  Heroes INC is an action game that is physically demanding and requires sustained effort. Although each room offers a more accessible alternative route, the intensity of the game may prevent some people with reduced mobility from fully participating in the activity.

• What’s the minimum age to participate in the Heroes Inc adventure?

  Heroes INC welcomes everyone! Children aged 8 and up, teens, and adults! Children aged 8 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Is there a height requirement?

  A minimum height of 1m30 is required to participate

• What do I wear?

  We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.

• Do I need to bring any equipment?

  Aside from cozy clothing and sneakers, we will provide you with a helmet.
