How to use my gift card?
To use your gift card, book online and add the card number in the Order Summary / Gift card or discount code.
No expiration date. Any remaining balance after initial use can be used on a future visit. This certificate is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. Please book online or by phone before your visit at our Brossard location.

Does my Heroes Inc gift card expire?
No, your Heroes gift card never expires, nor do we charge any administrative fees to maintain its balance, regardless of how old your gift card is.
If I lose my gift card but have the proof of purchase, can I still redeem it?
We always send a proof of purchase via your e-mail which contains the gift card number. If you lose it, we can always trace your purchase back with the e-mail that was provided.
How long does an experience at Heroes INC last?
Your adventure will take 70 minutes to complete; but the entirety of your stay will last approximately 90 minutes. This includes welcoming you and the debrief.
Can our teams have more than 6 players?
Each team consists of 2 to 6 players. Are there more of you? No problem! A team starts every 8 minutes, so just form several teams and see who gets the best score!
Is booking in advance necessary?
We recommend booking in advance, but if you show up without a reservation– don’t worry! We do have squads launching every 8 minutes. Use the link below to book your activity or to check on availability.
Is it possible to attend but not participate? Is there a fee for accompanying persons?
Everyone present in the Heroes INC game area must participate in the activity.
Although an accessible path is available to allow players to successfully complete the challenges, Heroes INC is an experience that involves a lot of movement and physical effort. This may affect the team’s final score. Accompanying adults must therefore purchase a ticket to take part in the course.Is it dangerous or accessible to someone with health restrictions?
The Heroes Inc game is physically demanding and requires a sustained effort throughout. Although each room does offer an alternative and more accessible route, the physicality of the game may prevent individuals with limited mobility from fully participating.
What’s the minimum age to participate in the Heroes Inc adventure?
Heroes INC welcomes everyone! Children aged 8 and up, teens, and adults! Children aged 8 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there a height requirement?
A minimum height of 1m30 is required to participate
What do I wear?
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
Aside from cozy clothing and sneakers, we will provide you with a helmet.
